At FCT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
Return Eligibility:

Items must be returned to the Location of purchase within 30 days with the original receipt .

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items:

Frozen bait (for health and safety reasons).

Custom-made or special-order items.

Clearance and final sale items.

Opened fishing line, hooks, and terminal tackle for safety reasons.
Refunds & Exchanges:

Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method or offered as store credit.

Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value.

Credit/debit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.
Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective item, please return it within 30 days with your receipt.
